About me

Shane Norton

Manual therapist

I came to Switzerland as a climber wanting to be closer to the mountains.

Things change, people grow and I now combine my background in sport and my original education in Sports Science, with my further and continuing education in Osteopathy and Cranialsacral Therapy. This helps me to support people in maintaining and improving their physical functioning.

I also add a touch of esotericism with Kundalini Bodywork. A method that allows me to address the emotional and energetic aspects of physical trauma.

What to wear

The osteopathic evaluation is best done in limited clothing, in fact just your underwear. Therefore, please ensure that you wear underwear that you feel comfortable in. Baggy clothing can also be helpful as it allows me to work and helps you stay warm and covered.

For Cranialsacral Therapy and Kundalini Bodywork, it's best to wear something comfortable.
